Brooke & Brandon's Wedding

B&B – Brooke & Brandon were an amazing couple from Covington, GA. I met with the couple back in October and I was quite surprised when they said that they were having a garden wedding in December. The first thing that came to my mind was “freezing.” :-)

Surprisingly, Brooke & Brandon were very lucky or should I say really destined to tie the knot on December 13, 2008! The weather was perfectly perfect! The day before their wedding, if I remember correctly, was freezing, dark, and if I am not mistaken, rainy. December 13^th was bright, sunny, and although a bit cold, very much tolerable, especially during December!

Brooke and Brandon exchanged their vows at Gaithers Plantation in Covington, GA. The place was beautiful! It was huge, serene, and best of all, romantic! The couple and the wedding party got ready inside an old house located inside the plantation, but the ceremony was outside, on a garden, next to a lake.

Following the ceremony was the reception which was also at the plantation, but covered with a big portable heater and a fireplace, which helped a lot as it got a lot colder towards the end. The couple did their first dance, cut their cake, and listened to the speech delivered by the best man and one of Brooke’s sisters.

I feel so honored to have been a part of Brooke & Brandon’s wedding, and I would like to congratulate them and wish them lots of love and happiness together!
